You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Keep your password safe, and don't share your login with others. If you think your account was compromised, email security@studypod.app immediately.
You keep ownership of everything you upload to StudyPod. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you — nothing more. If you delete your content, our license ends.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel any time from Settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case; write to billing@studypod.app if something went wrong.
StudyPod uses large language models to generate notes, flashcards, quizzes, and chat responses. We ground responses in the material you upload and cite sources whenever possible, but AI can still be wrong. Verify important facts against your source material, and treat StudyPod as a study aid, not an authoritative reference.
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk, with notice where possible.
StudyPod is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If we materially change these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
